Help with making my insurance pay for varicose veins removal?

i am 19 and have enlarged varicose viens, i really can not afford to pay for the removal on my own so i wanted to make my insurance pay for it. But I am not sure what to say to get them to pay for it. Any suggestions would be appreticated! :)

Answer:
You would need to contact your dr to write a letter stating that the procedure is medically necessary because there are no other options to try and treat this. Then after that you can file an appeal if they deny the claim. Also, when calling the insurance company ask to speak to a supervisor to find out how many times you can appeal on this issue (I bring this up in case you have to do it more than once).
