Hot flushes and sudden chills. Too prompt change of moods. Absence of or outstandingly irregular periods.
Age have absolutely NOTHING to do next to it. I am 47 and have no symptons even so. I think if you own not had a interval for 3 months you are considered to be in menopause or peri menopause. Your Dr. can make clear to you more if you are interested. There is a ton of info on the subject lately.
When you are passing the phase of menopause here are hormonal changes surrounded by your body.
It will affect the mind and body simultaneously.
You will feel that some of behaviour, likings, mood, moods, emotions etc. are shifting.
You will like to be within focus and fear to be out of focus!
Body will start shifting too. You will feel tired and inevitability rest.
You will become touchy by nature and breakable by bones!
In short you will experience such things, which occur never before!
Since this topic is surrounded by women's health, I am going to assume that we are discussion about women. And adjectives I can say is: you stop your spell, then you enjoy been/are going through menopause. Some women have no symptoms excluding this. I know because I and my two sisters are among them. Must be a genetic factor. OTOH some women have hot flashes, chills, stormy swings.
