Cramp trouble =[?

ive had my extent for about partially a year now, and the cramps are pretty impossible. When i get my interval differs from month to month because i havent had it long satisfactory to have a set rota. So, i dont know when to take medication to relieve the pain. Sometimes, i grasp my period at arts school, and it hurts ALOT, and im not allowed to travel to the nurse during class to get medication. Any help here?

Answer:
I own horrible cramps as well. Nothing really help a great deal so my doctor suggested birth control pills. Since I haven't have my period too long, she suggested to skulk a few months so I will be starting them in August. For very soon, I find taking Motrin/Ibuprofin at the first signs of PMS or when I first start help a short time. I continue to lift the recommended dose about every 8-12 hours. I've tried Aleve and Tylenol, etc, but they simply don't do a thing. Taking Calcium supplements appear to help as economically. I also find eating bananas lend a hand (weird, eh?). Take warm baths frequently, and use a heat pad on your stomach. Try to avoid salted food while on your period. If you can't see the nurse for anguish medication during class, try going between classes or have your mom write a information to the teachers as okay as the nurse explaining you might need to be in motion during class. If you do decide to shift between classes and you are afraid you might be late to your subsequent hour, ask the nurse if she could possibly write you a pass. They are usually elated to. I know what you're going through and good luck!
lately carry some tylonol surrounded by your purse and when you first see symtoms of you period man there, purloin some tylonol...it wont hurt you if you wernt going to have desperate cramps but pertects you if you do.
Are you in lofty skwl or primary skwl. If you're in big skwl you should ask you health instructor but this is what i learnt within health:
A heat up bath or hot hose down will help relieve cramps
Mild strain relievers such as aspirin or paracetamol
If it's too uncomfortable, you should see your doctor surrounded by your own time because you shouldn't have to put up near unessecary pain
Hope this help
the only path to always be prepared is to bring some pamprin or midol beside you and keep it within your purse
What I do for school, is fetch around a bag of iBuprofen (works best for cramps!) within your purse. If you carry a bottle you can hear the pills inside. But next to a bag you cant hear them. So transport them around in your purse and filch them at school. Just dont put it contained by your locker b/c dogs go into school for drug searches. Atleast at my university they do.
Take at least 1000mg of Evening Primrose Oil every hours of daylight. You can find it in the vitamin isle at the store. Also transport ibuprofen or Tylenol with you adjectives the time so you are prepared for those days when your pain starts.
