Yep..sounds just approaching them. Take two ibprofen and it should give you some nouns. There are also things like Midol, Pamperin and lots of other over the counter meds that will lend a hand relieve this. I just cart the IB Profren myself...It is cheaper and seems to do the employment...Good Luck...Hope you feel better soon.

yeah its cramps, lug some tablets and put a hot water bottle on your belly, get hold of a bar of chocolate and scrutinize films with your quilt wrapped around you :oP make me feel better
