u can start the bc pills before u hold ur period. and from my experience sex doesnt really affect ur mentsrual cycle economically at least not for me. but as long as u use condoms respectively time and they dont break u couldnt be pregnant so. just start ur bc pills and it should straighten out inwardly a month or 2.
