Hot chammomile tea next to ginger or cinnamon is very soothing. Sweeten near a little honey. My daughter swears by this remedy for her menstrual cramps. We don't do much medication and when I see her brewing "her tea" I know what time of the month it is for her! She has told her friends and they read out it helps them too. It is worth a try anyway.

Sounds to me like constipation, and believe me if youre cramping on a bowel full of intricate stuff it really hurts, also it affects your ability to digest the food you put into your system as in attendance is simply no room. Take a gentle laxative and drink lots and lots of fluid to assistance soften everything up and dont put away until youve cleared some of the blockage. In the long term increase the amount of roughage in your diet as this will give a hand prevent the problem recurring.
i've have my period since i be in 6th position. So, i have plenty of experience. So, I enjoy to ask if u have ever have ur period..b/c if u haven't next what ur experiencing is the first time pain that ur going to "enjoy" for the rest of ur duration.but if ur talking roughly speaking that this is the first time u have be sick with ur time of year, then it might be what u ate and ur hormones and what-not mixing together... If u grain quizy and what-not, it might just be ur time, b/c whenever i had mine, i kinda grain like that too, and u might enjoy a virus thats going around
the way i see don't suppose to be eatin no sort of sweets when your period is on. if i be the same niggle u was surrounded by i will take some tablets for it an then ur stomach want hurt anymore an next u go out an exercise an don't fiction down or nothing.

Well your period can effect nawshia (feeling sick). It happens to me adjectives the time. When your craps get desperate, take an ibuprofen
Maybe your time of year cramps are being aggravated by constipation...drink plenty of river, take milk of magnesia, chomp through fiber rich food like fruits and raisin bran cereal, clutch Midol or Advil or something for cramps.
Rest if you feel tired or unwell, walk or swim if you grain you have the vim. See a doctor if symptoms continue and be sure to explain to your doctor about adjectives this next time you see him or her.
Ongoing I suggest you look for foods that are well-mannered for your digestive and reproductive system...and overall health...drink plenty of liquid, like wet, especially water. Get some Benefiber or some category of similar fiber supplement to use if you are not getting enough fiber to stay regular (going to the bathroom regularly lacking straining), it's great in liquid or in oatmeal ..it's brash and easy to use ...munch through plenty of fruits like apples, oranges, grapes, blueberries, etc...every hours of daylight. If you eat at Taco Bell..try the Taco Salad or Bean Burritos...salad and beans are big in fiber. Eat unbroken grain/whole wheat crackers, breads, pasta, etc... If you can find a way to bring some soy protein...even if it's just the powder mixed within a smoothie...that might help over time. Also, yogurt for calcium and the digestive cultures surrounded by yogurt...and/or get some digestive enzyme supplements...
None of this is a sure prescription for what may be cause your problems...so be sure to talk to a doctor. I should append that some of it might also be stress related..so be sure to tell your doctor(and friends) if anything is cause you a lot of stress.
