Is within anyone who have their anxiety underneath control..close to not have any for a long time..?
Answer:
I know it's not flowing. Coming off meds and to be pregnant near all your hormones going crazy.
I struggled through it, but found out after that there are particular meds you can take that are safe and sound during pregnancy. Otherwise look into taking vitamins. B6 or B12 is good for anxiety. Discuss next to your doc about a risk-free dose.
Try to relax and take thoughtful breaths!
Good luck!

I didn't own it when i was pregnant i get anxiety after i had my son and i fought it after it get too bad. It controled my duration for a while. I was upset of everything planes, dyeing especially, everything scared me. Praying help me alot and i also think stress make ppl have anxiety. Its no method to live. I still have anxiety sometime but i pray and brush it bad. and i didn't feel similar to myself either i feel crazy sometimes. It feels nice to know that i wasn't the one and only one who was alarmed for no reason
I agree next to the praying for it and trying not to dwell. That being said I cycle through have mine under control and have panic attacks. Talk dream therapy would probably be the best if you feel similar to you need some lend a hand. The meds are not tested for preg. women and some have even be shown to cause problems to the newborn. The other thing is trade name sure you are getting enough exercise, even a 15 min hike, It releases those happy hormones contained by the brain. I hope you feel resembling yourself soon. Also, be careful near anxiety meds if you are going to breastfeed, they dried up my milk.
