well, i am 16, but incredibly flat, so i've been wearing training bra since 13. very soon, it can still fit comfortably, but you can sometimes see the shape of the nipples from outside the bra(don't mean to be graphic). its not extremely obvious, a short time ago a small 'bump'... someitmes visible when i wear dilute or tight clothes. should i switch to a paded bra or something? i tried an adult bra, i'm 32A, so is within even a need for it?

I would voice wear a padded bra especially if you are wearing something tight fitting around your chest.
use doesn`t matter what is comfortable.
Wear a padded bra. You wont see your nipples. lol
