this might be a stupid question lol I be wondering would it be okay to drink Boost its a nutritious energy drink If some of you guys dont know what it is its a drink relatives can drink if they dont have time to get through breakfast in the morning..i only just heard that activeness drink arent good when your pregnent...

Boost is not if truth be told a energy drink it have no caffeine. It is full of vitamins and minerals. Normally I would say yes but since you are pregnant I would ask the Dr. Your prenatal vitamins provides you next to all of the vitamins and minerals that you inevitability. Getting some extra in the drink could be adverse.

My best answer would be to consult your doctor. It's better to be not detrimental than sorry. However, I would have thought intake a more nutritious breakfast would be healthier for you and your toddler other than an dynamism drink. If you don't have time to brand breakfast in the morning, would it not be possible to fashion something the night until that time instead maybe? That's probably not much comfort to you but never mind!
It's all give or take a few minimizing or eliminating caffeine. If I'm not mistaken, Boost is a nutritional supplement, not an "punch drink." If that's correct, then sure, you could drink Boost instead of chomp through a meal. (It's a biggie within nursing homes, hospices, etc. for people who can't or won't get through.)

When someone says strength drinks aren't good for pregnant women, they plan energy drinks that rely on sugar and caffeine to endow with you that jolt.
I wouldn't recommend drinks resembling those. You should be eating authentic food, so there will be ample energy to support you and your developing babe. If you don't have ample time to have a sit-down breakfast surrounded by the morning, then I suggest setting out breakfast food (something portable, approaching some fruit and veggies) the night formerly, so you could just grasp and go. Take it uncomplicated.
Boost SHOULD be fine as it's not made of massive chemicals and caffeine like most punch drinks. It's basically a nutritional suppliment.
But since you're ingestion for two, it's always a upright idea to check next to your OB.
You need apposite nutrition for a healthy tot. But, you already knew that... :>)
umm im not sure...im sure anything you are drinking the baby will be getting too...so it might not be the best hypothesis b/c the baby will be kicking and it will freshly make you mortified.
