what i do is do something fun.. like beside a friend/family member. Do something resembling going to a movie going to the pool.. just draw from your mind off of the entry
Well...some books might help. Therapy too. I verbs too, but I'm learning to not dwell.. For sure, read some books.
You could be suffering from depression..
Its similar to impending doom always lurking ..
I would travel see my doctor and discuss this matter next to him..
