a 27 year outmoded married woman and you don't know if it's normal rofcopter
More so after two bottles of wine
perchance you are dehydrated? try drinking more marine when you have it.
It happen, but it isn't normal. Usually that happen because you are losing fluid thru your period and you aren't replacing it satisfactorily by drinking enough river. During her period a woman should be drinking at lowest possible three liters every day.
Depends on what type of cycle you hold having - the flow etc. Have you eat? Are you diabetic? Most people do grasp a little dizzy from time to time, I do! Make sure that you hold on to your fluid (not alcohol of course) intake to appropriate levels.
I touch dizzy when when my Girlfriend is on her period.

I swear its typically 1 week on 3 weeks off not the other agency around. But i guess she knows best.

Not usually. If you are anaemic constitutionally, then here is a likelyhood you feeling dizzy. You may hold other problems too. Please consult your doc asap.
Yes is it. Your losing blood. Not a lot but sometimes adequate to make you grain a little dizzy especially on your heavier days.
not if you evolve to be a fella lol. seriously, you could be lacking within iron, a simple blood test should minister to. x
Yes. Some women find their blood pressure is at its lowest during their periods. If they hold low blood pressure already, they may find themselves dizzy during their periods.

Make a point of staying well-hydrated during your extent, keeping your blood volume at a healthy smooth. Protect yourself from fainting by moving around previously you stand up, eating a feathery but normal diet even if you don't perceive so hot, and mention it to your doctor during your next call in.

Maryn, who's fainted 8 times within her life, every one of them on afternoon one of her period
it can occur, but it shouldn't.
i am always feeling thirst and when i started getting my period it really showed because i would procure dizzy all the time
i believe it's because you are losing fluids and you need to replace them, although I'm not fairly sure how replacing blood with river helps.
it does though. you of late need to try and drink 8 8 ounce goggles of water a afternoon (which sucks but you have to force yourself. its easier if you take around a water bottle, because afterwards you always drink from it, and formulate sure your water is cold and have ice wreak then it's more pleasurable to drink.)
You should put together an appointment to discuss this with your doctor. It could be a minor issue, but it could also indicate something more serious. There are a few things that can cause a woman to get the impression dizzy. The best way to know what cause you to feel this mode is to be examined by a doctor.

Good luck!
Yes is normal to be aware of dizzy and sometimes feel pains also.
I sometimes bring a little dizzy if my time of year is heavy, I would move about to see a doctor though if this happens adjectives the time.
Actually yes, it could be that you just inevitability an iron boost, think more or less we women loose blood every month and don't think around topping up our iron intake, so the light head dizziness, even fatigue and tiredness can set in, only take it uncomplicated and be good to yourself, lift suppliments if needs be but take a doctor's opinion first.
Yes. Very conventional because you are losing blood.
