Loss mass at work?

well i basically started my new position, and at that job adjectives i do is sit and work on the computer, this job is one and only for the summer. i keep purchase weight at the available job because all i do is sit and drink, i was other outside and active within the summer while i didnt have academy or work. now when i come home its deferred at night and im to tired to do anything. anyone know how i can hold my weight down at work?

Stop drinking so much. Simple as that.
Eat only able-bodied snacks. (nuts, fruit, veggies) No candy or chips. Drink lots of water. Google department or desk exercises to find exercises you can do while seated at a desk. There are lots of isometrics and stretches that don't require standing. Spend your breaks walking instead of sitting.
Snack on healthy foods resembling carrot sticks, fruit and a small handful of nuts/seeds. Go out for a walk and a bit of fresh nouns at lunchtime, if your building has stairs use them, if you find the bus to work/home get rotten a stop earlier. Hope this help!!
