Around my period I usually increase my Iron intake. I also bear a couple of aspirin(generic kind, not Tylenol) because it thins out your blood and it make my period run fast. So instead of 5 days mine go by in 2-3. Also Midol is AWESOME!I usually transport it the morning I'm going to be sure my period starts w/ something caffeinated and next go rear to sleep for a few hours. No cramps for me then!
