Extremely Irregular!?
I started my 'time' a month after my 13th birthday. It was thickset, and I hated it. That be on July 18th. Then, the next year, I have my second one, on July 21st -- over a year later. From near, I went 6 months short one, then 3 months, after 5, and so on and so forth. So far, since I've started, I've had a total of ONE spell on time. It be a few days late, but it be the closest to being in good time I've ever been. Now I'm 15 and a partially years old, I have my last interval at the end of November ( it last one day ), and consequently missed it in December. I don't expect it to ever be regular.
So ... what's the problem? My mom tell me it's normal to, but I'm starting to enjoy really big doubts. You'd think that after ALMOST THREE YEARS it would start coming regularly ...
Answers: It certainly might be normal for you, though. I've other been similar to that, too. If you are really concerned, I would ask your mom to take you to the doctor. Then you and your doctor can desire if you want to wait - to see if your cycle will regulate itself. (My daughter will disgust me for saying this, but) What worked out best for my daughter be starting birth control pills. Not because she was sexually involved, just to regulate her cycle. I didn't want to do that because I if truth be told enjoy lone having a few period a year. Again, I can't stress enough...if you be aware of concerned, talk to your mom and see a doctor. It will fashion you feel better. I hope this help, so you know you're not alone!
You could have a vitamin or iron lesser amount. Try eating more in shape and eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid second-hand goods foods and fast foods especially beside a lot of preservatives.
At your age I don't give attention to this is really uncommon or desperate.
