That said, anyone who would have sex near someone before their first extent is sick. I certainly hope you are not a babyish person considering doing this. Don't. No to be precise not true. I do hope though that young woman who own not yet have their periods would withhold from sex until they are older. Besides the moral reason, they can still get an STD even if they cannot procure pregnant.
