I suffer next to depression so when I fell pregnant I was worried sick I be going to get postnatal depression luckily I own been fine!.However I do want another babe so I'm going to worry adjectives over again that I might get postnatal depression but I devise as long as you have suitable support from your friends, family and your doctors you will achieve through it.Good luck!!
i too had postnatal depression next to both my children then when i fell pregnant near my 3rd child i was looked after particularly well by my gp and midwife i did enjoy to take medication and have a course of counselling that helped me alot.When my son be born i had no depression i newly wished i said something when i be pregnant with my second son next i would not have gone through beside the depression i went to hell and rear with it twice,so please settle to your gp they will help you and also to produce your pregnancy a happy one believe me it did support me,but now i hold 3 boys and boy are they killing me!
I would speak to every proffessional you encounter but i would definatly get some relieve even if you don't have it this time if you do you will be incontact near someone should you need to verbalize as you know it is very concrete when you have it to afterwards reach out for backing.
