just because you get samples doesn't show they are not a prescriptive drug, they are. Mailing prescriptive drugs with out a pharmacists license is against the law, you can be fined up to 15,000 dollars and imprisoned up to five years. Don't use the US postal service. I would put them contained by a box, wrap the box in foil, put that inside another box and dispatch it UPS. That is not to say you won't still gain caught, but UPS is a bit less paranoid. You enjoy to decide if the cost of getting caught is worth sending your friend some bc pills she could get hold of herself. Personally, I would not ask someone to do that for me, nor would I do it for anyone.
