I wanna ask my mom if I could start using tampons, but it's an mortifying subject. What do I utter?

I think I'm going to start when I move about to camp(I go swimming a lot) or when we travel on vacation to Florida(I'll own to worry in the region of it all the time and not delight in Disneyworld). I don't know how I told her I started in the first place, but it be brutal! I think the concept is gross, but it's better than sitting in the country house at camp next to nothing to do!

P.S. What are the best brands? Tampax Pearl, Equate, o.b., or Playtex?

Answer:
Don't be dismayed, your mom knows what you are going through...she have a period as all right. Just tell her what you told us, you don't want you interval to stop you from doing the things you like so you want to try tampons. She will think through.
There are also directions in the box to abet you if you feel your requirement to exclude her from your decision.
I prefer Playtex, the applicator is assured to use and grip and it blooms instead of growing longer/ or just expanding.
She is ur mom don't ever be feeling guilty
Well, if it felt that brutal to explain to her the when you first started bleeding, then this may not grain any easier. Something is making you feel mortified, whether it is the subject, or maybe your mom's view...it may all be affecting you.
Honesty is the best road to go. Tell her the method you just told us.
Brands: I similar to Tampax Pearl, but you have to find the right fit for you.
It will be easier said than done for you to wear them if you are not sexually active. It will hurt and you might not be abe to use them I no I couldn't. Just use pad they are safer anyway
I was like peas in a pod when I was younger i go to camp and swam alot! But I said to my mum "Since i'm going swimming beside the camp can i transport some tampons?" and she said "Yes of course!" and i use Tampax Pearl. Btw I Hoped This Helped.
I similar to Tampax Sport
Plus it'll be good for you if you're going to be really moving and all that
Tampax Pearl be kind of big for me and so that hurt.

But your mom have a period too, so you shouldn't get the impression awkward talking to her in the region of tampons.
If you tell her one and the same reasons you merely posted, she should understand and budge buy some with you.
hunny you only go contained by and tell your mom what you want and why...if you can't speech to your mom who can you talk to? She give birth to you, she changed you didies, fed you, clothed you, qualified you to walk, communicate and everything else vital to your getting to a point that you could do it on your own , don't be upset...that's what she is there for... she won't snigger at you or tease you.travel on now...
Hmm.
Well when I started mine, i be fearly young, i didn't even know what it be! And my mum was the one who sit down with me and told me what be going on and she let me use tampons at a young at heart age!
And, you're sure you're going to start? If you get deeply of discharge, or you start seeing brownish colouring in your underwear, those are signs, as capably as cramps.
All you need to do is ask your mum. "Mum, I muse I will need some pad and tampons for camp, since I'm going to be swimming" You might as economically ask her straight now, because you'll be need them in other cases contained by the future. Why squirrel away it? Don't be embarrassed or ashamed, its inbred.
Seriously, just relay her straight that you need them, because you really do, if you're going to do river activities. And it make things more comfortable.
Also, my favourite brands are "Equate" within tampons, and "always ULTRA thin" for pad. They work tremendously! They're thing but engage SO MUCH!
Take care,
xx
Well the method i asked my mom was at that I told her I be tired of wearing pads because they are humiliated, But i wore pads since I be 10 and when i turned 18 I told her that I was going to star wearing tampons and she lately told me that I had to be cautious with them you know because of TSS. The best brand is tampax pearls.

P.S. I talk to her on my way to institution.
don't be embarrassed. Just ask her.
