With a cough close to that, it sounds like you also enjoy a scratchy throat. Do you smoke a lot? That would own a lot to do next to that type of cough, called a smoker's cough. It also sounds resembling some asthma thrown in. Now I will report to you, Go see your doctor and get a chest x-ray,
It could be bronchitis or pneumonia or the start of something resembling asthma. You should see a doctor. You need to breathe to live! Good luck!
My computer diagnostic apparatus is down so I think you better see a doc. Without examining you and listen to your lungs etc there is no mode anyone on here can have a clue what your problem is.

Go see a doctor, you own respiratory issues. Maybe pneumonia or bronchitis.
Sounds like Asthma and allergies.
Maybe if the docotor cants find zilch see if they can get a chest x-ray
