Monkey bar at the park will get you find you some serious callouses but you're better off doing some patio work for your moms or for an old neighbor as a favor. the sensitivity of the deed will variety you more of a man than the rough hands.
No its not unpromising that your hands are soft, what a silly notion, but I do enjoy to admit that strong hand are attractive to women, subconciously. I wouldn't worry roughly speaking it too much. But if you want callouses, try mowing grass, raking leaves, chopping wood, if you want muscular hand, try model building, engine repair, anything that requires a firm grip and do it alot. You gotta pop some blisters to get "complicated hands".

Trust me, most girl's don't resembling hard, rough hand. If you're going to be holding hands beside a girl and want to seem more "manly", likelihood are she would prefer your hand anyone soft. Soft hands are attractive to girls!!
Don't verbs about your soft hand. I would rather enjoy a man touch my face, etc., etc., beside soft hands vs scratchy rough hand. There are many tender areas on a womanly body where rough hand just don't get hold of it. As far as your wrist, your bones are still growing and that's probably why your doctors aren't concerned.
There is nothing wrong next to a guy having soft hand. And girls will not ignore you purely for that...if they do, they're not worth your time...besides, you're only 13...you hold plenty of time to grow =)
