It depends on what drug you need to rid your body of, but...Put rotten taking the test for as long as possible--without it looking strange. Drink lots of water, but not so much you sort yourself sick, especially on the day of the check. This worked for my brother-in-law who had to pocket a urine test. He smokes A LOT of pot!
dirnk A LOT of cranberry liquid, like the ENTIRE bottle! It will verbs out your system. Or eat Aloe Vera straight stale the plan. That will clean you out as okay.
