What is going on?

i eat a whole bunch (like, yesterday, a slice of cheescake) and then I weigh myself on a reliable scale and when I looked I weighed 79 pounds, two pounds less than I was. And I am a growing girl, twelve years of age and 5 feet tall.. so, what is going on?

Answer:
Your body weight has lots of things that change it.
Things like hormones, the time of the month, how dehydrated/hydrated you are all factor in.

If you eat 10 bags of candy floss it has alot of calories but you wont weigh much more the next day - it takes a while to catch up.

A slice of cheesecake will most likely not make any difference to your weight

I would be more worried about obsessing over your weight - forget what the scales say - if you eat healthy food, do exercise, are well and drink lots of water then be happy. Forget about weight and enjoy your life
