I have never be able to drink alcohol. Two or three beers or drinks give me a terrible hangover. I own determined that I get overly dehydrated---even though I drink SmartWater, Gatorade, Vitamin Water, etc. So---I purely don't drink alcohol--not worth it. Now when I am outside in hot or humid weather---I experience equal sick symptoms. I actually go in beside heat nouns yesterday after working in the roast at the yard at the water. I had an IV, etc. to attain healthy. I have been drinking Gatorade, etc. adjectives day. Is within anything else I should be drinking as I must have something explicitly not allowing all of these liquid to hydrate me. The doctor in the ER give me a good bill of condition when he took the IV out---all blood tests, etc. be fine as was pulse and BP. There must be a miracle hydrating drink I can buy. Thanks, Sam

You should engineer an appointment with a regular doctor. I'm not proverb the ER doctor was not a honourable doctor, but they are there to treat emergency, and since you weren't in crisis, you be sent home. Your dehydration problem could be a symptom of something serious. Two things come to mind. My diabetic cousin had problems when she drank any alcohol and she be easily parched otherwise. I have also hear of people next to kidney problems who have trouble near staying hydrated. These things may not show in a typical bloodtest. In the meantime, stick near the Gatorade. Vitamin water is also perfect. Avoid caffeinated drinks, and try to stay cool. A simple warning. Don't drink too much as it can in reality cause you to want to urinate more and be paid you more dehydrated. Drink ample so that you don't get thirsty. Have a banana to hang on to you potassium levels up.
