What could POSSIBLY be wrong next to this man? Is he dying?
But the reason why we won't consent to him stay with us is because of his drinking & his conceited & selfish personality. & Also, I'm suspecting that he's on some big-hearted of illegal drugs. & when you answer the door, he say, "Who the F...u think it is?!" & he can't even report to my friend a simple "Hello" when walking in her apartment.
Should we touch sorry for this guy & let him surrounded by or leave him be destitute? He's in the hospital presently.

It sounds as if his liver is going fast. That would brand someone look that bad. It doesn't nouns as if he is coming out of the hospital any time soon.
He does sound perilous though.
You have sympathy for him, it's polite. But you may feel sorry after that if you allow him to stay with you and consequently there will be no method to come out of the problem. Think it over. Why the other guy drove him out, you should ask and determine, that may help you surrounded by taking a decision.
Just head off him in the hospital and hold nothing to do next to him. Sure that seems metallic but you learn that most inhabitants do everything they can to mess up their own lives. You don't need the trouble he will bring to you. He could die contained by the hospital because his condition. He can go to a homeless shelter or bring back his own apartment.
Go to the hospital and try to talk next to his doctors and stress these points and get him into a rehab since he kills himself. Tell him that if he doesn't desire help, he is no longer generosity.
Pretty obvious: he drinks, he smokes, he have problems, he stops eating and starts drinking and smoking more---so he loses freight. Add to that that he also might suffer from serious depression. I've seen something close to that---the guy smoked pot and drank excessively, then when he have problems he didn't eat, smoked more pot, drank more booze, and lost over 10 lbs within one week. Add liver problems to that which is cirrhosis(which leads to liver disaster and death if the alcohol consuption does not stop). So don't verbs, the guy has a bout near depression and increased alcohol consumption and you cannot convince an active drinker to stop drinking.they own to get to that bridge on their own...
You really don't know.AIDS, drugs, a stomach condition from alcohol or drugs...
If he's within the hospital, he's in the right place. Hopefully, medical personnel will direct him to the resources he wishes to get give support to, be it rehab or something else.
Bottom line, he NEEDS to want to translate. Your housing him may only be further enable him to continue this lifestyle, which may be slaughter him. Some people stipulation to hit rock bottom to decide they entail to (and want to) change, and carry help. I have to watch my sister do that.
He desires to give up drinking, basis a liver transplant would be useless if he continued the addiction!!
BTW, if he curses at you like that, he doesn't NEED to stay near you. Forget that!
Yeah you should feel sorry for him but it does not necessarily be set to letting him live with you. Don't be aware of bad something like not doing "good" coz at times the "good" things are not necessarily helpful.
