Gaining weightiness??
Im trying to gain 1.5 stone (which is VERY hard as im readily very slim and no business what i eat i dont put on weight)
Im seeing a dietition every month, but I requirement to eat 2000 calories a time which im finding quite tough as most of the foods have "lower calories" contained by now!
I do find it complex to eat alot at one sitting, and prefer to enjoy 3 meals (not that big) but i close to to snack alot!
Any ideas what i can munch through to get loads of calories? A snack or something that i can guzzle? (i dont like nuts and enjoy tried weight gain shakes)

Begals are the ultimate, but certainly not lowest cal food on my document! You can get 300-400 cal from of late ONE!
