How can Ultram (Tramadol) be addicting like Hydrocodone when I don't feel anything after I take it?

Answer:
It's still an opiod, like Hydrocodone. Any opiod can be addicting when not used properly. Even then, there's a chance you can become dependent on it when used long-term.
Ultram is an not considered a narcotic, but some people I guess feel something or it may be a placebo effect...I have taken it before and it does nothing for me either.
Tramadol is one of many medications that has withdrawal effects. It's also been proven to be addictive (like hydrocodone) You might not feel anything, but someone who takes hydrocodone or oxycodone everyday for pain might feel it. Other people who just take tramadol might feel effects too. It's really dependent on the person.
