Being contained by the sun make me greatly hot and give me a ghastly headache. Can I do anything to fix it?
It doesn' seize too hot where I live - surrounded by summer usually 85-95 degrees.
My blood pressure is mundane, I'm 6'2", 180 lbs; any help will be appreciated.
Answer:
Each personality is made differently. Some cannot stand heat, others cold. And it change as hormonal changes cart place.
I am sure you do very ably in Winter.
I'd suggest the following things.
Take a cool shower prior to working within the Sun. Keep head below cool water. Helps.
Take a cooling drink. Like lemonade next to mint.
Like some mentioned, take plenty of wet on a regular basis.
And do put on a head covering and sun glasses.
Keep some cool drink to hand you. Keep drinking, time to time. I think u also entail salts and some sugar as your force level go down.
Also, alternately, you can try warm tea earlier you go out. I hold heard within warm countries they rob tea and not cool drinks when it gets hot outside.
Hope it help. Wish you best.
im just close to that and have be my hole life. wear a headdress and sunglasses it has to do beside the reflection and brightness of the sun. stay close to shade and ull be only fine
Do you drink lots of water? I don't sweat so it's firm for me to do a lot outside. My doctor could one and only tell me to drink sea and try to keep cool and to stay cool (DUH!)
Don't wear a tight hat (baseball cap). This keep the heat within. If you want to wear a hat, net it a floppy hat (I know, you will probably look ridiculous but it will help). I also convey around those little ice pack you keep within the freezer and put them on my neck and chest greatly.
I hope you are wearing a broad brimmed hat. I hope you are drinking plenty of wet. I hope you are wearing sunscreen. I hope you are wearing sunglasses.
Avoid alcohol, coffee, wear light colored clothes that fit loosely.
