Does anyone ever hold a rumbling body/shaking internal emotion?

I know I ask a lot of medical question, just trying to digit out what the heck is going on with me since the doctors can't. I know your going to say aloud anxiety, but I am not anxious, I just hold this internal shakey feeling and it's driving me crazy.

Answer:
It doesn't necessarily own to anxiety. Based on what you said in you quiz "I know I ask a lot of medical questions" it seem that you worry plentifully which can cause this to arise. I know this might sound funny but I know profoundly of women who are always shaking and cold. I couldn't give an account you what the cause of this is though. Another entity is, do you take surrounded by a lot of caffeine? This will also raison d`¨ētre these symptoms
Yeah I do. It is weird but not bothersome to me. It usually happen when I am nervous or cold.
Do you ingest abundantly of caffeine and sugar? Lots of caffeine can have a glum effect on your body - I know that if I have too much, I find shaky, dizzy and nauseous. Are your heart and breathing usual? I'm assuming you've had a complete checkup. You may want to hang on to looking for new doctors until you find one that know what's wrong.
