It depends on what part of your body you're have the MRI of. If it's your abdomen, no, you can't guzzle. But, if it's of a joint, resembling say a knees or a shoulder, you should be able to devour breakfast.
If it's a head MRI, you are deffinately ok to enjoy breakfast
