What to do when someone have a panick attack?

My friend yesterday had a panick attack and she be like getting winded and also she got a bit dizzy. What can I do if this will begin again? Thank you

Answer:
When someone has a hysterics attack the best thing to do is first check and see exactly whats going on. You realize she got exceptionally out of breath and dizzy. For both things, enjoy her sit down (try in a hushed place) or a bench or something else if your in public. Try have her breathe in and out slowly and overwhelmingly. you really dont want her to breathe to hard or too quick. that can lead to faint. for the dizzyness, give her some hose down and tell her to drink it within small sips. normally, my leading symptoms in an attack are sick to my stomach, dizzy, breathing heavily, commander ache, and shaking. if she ever have any of those, give her some advil or ibprophin. those should comfort at the least next to her head. Try and amount out what exactly is bothering her and try and soothe her mind about doesn`t matter what it is. keep her thinking positive give or take a few it instead of thinking negative. Sometimes if you enjoy someone breathe in and out of a rag bag to sometimes that works. especially for hypervenalating. moral luck and thats great that you are being such a polite friend. :-) If they persist, in attendance is always medication she could get from her doctor.
newly stay with her and be serenity. Panic attacks are self limiting, they are caused by a release of adrenaline from the brain, and adrenaline is a particularly short acting hormone, 15 to 20 minutes maximum. You might encourage her to relax and dally for it to pass because it will.
let somebody know them it will end soon, and to hold deep breaths and permit them out slowly. other than that, what can you do?
Have her sit down, close her eyes and whip long, deep breaths.

Sips of marine can usually help... Keeping her serenity is the main issue. If you're out within a busy public place, try to get her to somewhere melodious that she can sit down.

If this turns to be a constant problem, she may want to see her physician regarding conceivably getting a prescription for Ativan to help when these attacks hit.
