After my first daughter was born I feel the same route like I wasnt me and sometimes I feel like I be losing control, finally my mother convinced me to talk to my doctor. The Doc give me some medication to correct the imbalance, which help alot. (chemical imbalances are adjectives after child birth as your hormones go adjectives off whack) I also have to learn my own little technique, like when I feel myself losing it I would start counting in my herald or sing a certain song contained by my mind and block out everything else until I felt resembling I could deal next to every thing. I am no longer on the medication and havent be for about 5 years, but I still use my technique when I feel stressed.

You might want to take up a hobby or sport. I used to want to filch kickboxing because I thought it would help me return with out pent-up anger. I get exceedingly angry when I drive and I sometimes take things too seriously and do plentifully of the same things you do. If you don't know what's making you angry, you could have a chat to a psychiatrist (I'm not saying you're crazy; I've be to one and if you get a accurate one they help a lot). A suitable psychiatrist can help you amount out why you get so angry and how to relieve your anger.
