The headaches and swollen lymphnodes are probably not connected. With the sore throat & swollen lymphnodes, you are probably getting a cold. Headaches every year for 2 weeks means you have need of to see your doctor. You could need specs, or something else could be going on that needs to be treated.

I would push for you to see your doctor as it seems similar to you have have this for about 2 weeks and becoming progressively worse (also a sign of infection). Due to the headache you mentioned and sore throat I wonder if it is a sinus infection? I really am not sure but please do see your doctor.
