I suggest its a myth?

its bad but i pretty much believe everything that i hear. i seize hot very efficiently and someone told me that there are pills that back you 'control' your temperature. to me it sounds resembling a myth, but then again i thought it couldnt hurt to ask.

Answer:
You are impractical & that will hopefully change as you see that adjectives that people enunciate is not true. There are no pills to take to control your body temp. Believe partly of what you see & hear.
The only ones I know just about are kind of substantial and very easier said than done to swallow whole, you hold to chew them and have to lift a lot of them at one time to cool past its sell-by date. They are called "ICE CUBES"
Good luck finding your trickery pills.
Anything that could be considered a depressant will lower your body temperature, deem alcohol.

This is not something you would want to tamper with; it unsophisticatedly lowers your metabolism which could result in solidity gain, depression, lethargy, and a laundry chronicle of other undesirables.

The best thing to do is wear cotton and other breathe competent clothing. You could talk to your doctor around having an overactive thyroid, but I wouldn't mess near anything unless you were really humiliated.
Your going to have a tough energy if you go through it impractical as you sound
