Inducing GOOD sleep inherently?
1st: havent been competent to sleep well for a long time, but become worse nowadays. Any opening to induce sleep in a inbred way? (not taking sleeping pills and stuff)
2nd: Sometimes when I sleep, I dont dream, and when I stir up, I feel recharged. However, most of the time, I dream alot when i sleep, and when I wake up, i discern tired, wanting to sleep again. Any way or tips on have no dreams? (i heard clearing your mind up to that time sleep is good... but i find it concrete. Any tips?)

Try burning lavender incense but make sure your mind isn't too influential otherwise it won't really relax you.
Buy some melatonin pills and eat things near serotonin in it so you can obtain relax.
do something relaxing before you travel to bed. if you like reading consequently that's a good one. if you dont i'm sure you can find something else.
as for the no dreams sector, clearing your mind works. it's a little thorny at first but once you get the sway of it it really works :D
