Being surrounded by the sports car beside a carsick soul?
When I'm around somebody vomiting, I touch very sick and dizzy, and sometimes even own a panic attack. If there's anybody else who have had plentifully of expearience with one with somebody who's carsick, please support me on how to deal beside it!
Answer:
bring an ipod or something like that so when she starts to acquire sick you can turn the music up and turn your head and never know it is occurring. Oh also sit next to a porthole so you don't smell it. you can also bring some vick and dab some underneath your nose for a better smell.
so when she starts getting sick put your music up, after dab vicks lower than your nose and look away and concentrate on your music.

I would definitely recommend Cognitive Behavioural psychiatric therapy! I used it for panic attacks and other stuff. Thinking support, part of the madness was that I be going to vomit.
Anyway, CBT is great for panic attacks and adjectives phobias. It takes a bit of work, but I own found it to be super effective.
You can dance to the doctor and get refered to a psychologist. Otherwise, you can appropriate a course for free online at: http://www.livinglifetothefull.com/elear... . I think it have special ‘chapters’ on phobias. It has be funded by NHS Scotland and has have great results thus far. A ‘prettier’ version of this type of programme (for broad anxiety) can be bought at www.thewellnessshop.co.uk. If you don’t like computers, the best book is Dr Robert Burns, The Feeling Good Handbook. It is brilliant and used by several psychologists. all right...i own a huge phobia of throwing up as well, and i hold ocd, and i get madness attacks...and i believe i'm around your age-16.you know when people are close to "face your nervousness!" and your like umm its not that jammy. well you can use this as an opportunity to use your "coping skills" close to saying to yourself (if she begin gagging/throwing up) "this is not an emergency, i am totally fine, i can deal beside these feelings, relax" and put on some music or soemthing. but you should email me because no set-up i have impossible to tell apart stuff going on... jenn3220@yahoo.com
