How to overcome sleepliness?

Try to bring a couple of short breaks during the day. Sit still and close your eyes and breathe and relax. If you are competent to take a ten to 20 minute siesta during the day, it might do wonders.
Make sure you are not have any caffeine late surrounded by the day. Chocolate have caffeine also. Some medicines and vitamins can distribute you a problem sleeping. Also exercising late contained by the day can mess up your sleep. Alcohol will also disturb your sleep. It might comfort you fall asleep but you won't enjoy a restful sleep and you might even wake up during the dark because of it.
Also, Some medicines and herbal products can be paid you sleepy or drowsy during the day.
At hours of darkness, try reading the Bible or some spiritual reading in bed up to that time sleeping. (not suspense) Something where you can read and muse. Then read and think. Make sure it is positive and tranquil.

dont go to sleep but eventually it will arrest up with u and ull sleep for more afterwards 8 hours or watever u sleep now
I aversion to say pills, but thats probably the best answer. There are some sleep aids that you can obtain without a perscription that should relief you get a better sleep
munch through frosties or cereal with sugar contained by the morning always get me up)
get a better bed - even near a short sleep a good bed & pillow can facilitate you wake up better
worthy facewash in the morning
Set your alarm clock across the room, so you enjoy to jump out of bed to turn it sour. Now stay up!! Go jump within the shower!
Actually, there is no unadulterated substitute for sleep. If you find that you are sleepy even when you do sleep "enough" you should be sure you do not have a sleep disorder resembling Sleep Apnea. Before I was diagnosed I be going to bed and waking up sense worse than before. I snored horribly and gasp for breath. Your brain actually requests to avoid sleeping because it is so uncomfortable.
