Seeing "stars", moments of blindness, dizziness, nausea, headache...?
Any ideas? I know that my blood pressure is run of the mill.

Sounds like it could be migraines near auras. See your doc for a checkup and diagnosis.
you could be suffering from migraines or something much worse. as a nurse practitioner, i really encourage you to see a physician right now!
Having any headaches? If so sounds approaching migraines. See your Dr. If not get you nightmare checked.
Could possibly be Vertigo. Not sure if a headache is a symptom, but everything else is. I know of a 10 year old boy who have it, so it is common surrounded by younger people.

O.K. I THOUGHT IT WAS YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE. MY HUSBAND HAD THE SAME SYMPTOMS A DAY BEFORE HE HAD HIS STROKE.
NEED TO GET THAT CHECKED OUT TO MAKE SURE YOUR NOT HAVING MINI STROKES TO LEAD TO A BIG ONE.
NOT TRY TO SCARE ,BUT MAKE SURE.
