What condition insurance option are available to someone who have strength problems and requests insurance?

I am in desperate entail to help my mother find insurance. Her cobra terminated a few months ago, and she has a great deal of health problems which make her "not insurable" I know there have to be some program out there, she have been informed of medicaid and they told her they would pilfer over her assets (she has really little left to retire on, but can't afford them to transport what is there) can anyone suggest anything or provide more detail for medicaid? I really appreciate it!

Answer:
i cant help but i know that if you stir to a hospital and talk going on for this problem whit a doktor, he can tell you what to do, or where on earth to go to find out more
it depends
on how much you enjoy $$$$$$$
and your age and if you smoke
and they might elect not to treat preexisting conditions
