Im going to cut down on meat alcohol and refined carbs though i will still drink semi-skimmed milk. My healthy diet will include wholewheat foods and plenty of fruit and good fats like seeds and nuts.I believe there may be side-effects from toxins being released.Any advice?

This sounds like a healthy diet to me, so you shouldn't be worrying. I don't know about toxins, but it will be hard for the first few days, because you'll get cravings really bad. Just stick to it for a week, and it'll be a breeze. Remember to exercise though, otherwise you'll just gain weight, healthy foods or not.
