Whats the difference between a psychologist and a psychiatrist?

Ok now I know here is a difference just not sure what it is I know they both treat nation with problems but what is the difference between them I am doing a dissertation on both of them now i own found lots of simiular thngs between them but cant find any differances please help

Psychiatrist is a medical doctor and can prescribe medication. Psychologist can solely give analysis.
