my hair is brown, and lays just past my shoulders. i got foil streaks about two months ago and i'm thinking about getting the 'cap' done. you know where they have this cap on your head and you pull the hair through it. i want to get it done light blonde and i want most of my hair to be dyed yet some of my brown left. does anybody know how much this will cost?!?!
