I think i have a gas problem?

I suggest you eliminate dairy products and see if that makes a difference.
Eat slower.
Keep regular bowel movements..don't get constipated.
Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
Try to cut back on cruciferous veggies{cabbage, broccolli etc.], beans,spicy food,and anything you know does this to you. When the problem with gas lessens then you can add the foods slowly back to see which ones cause the worst reactions.
Then depending on if you want to ward off or attract people you can eat accordingly.
Don't force the issue..you can control it.woman have for years. We wait until we get home to release it and fly around the house.
It is food that does not go with your system that make gas in your system.
The 1st thing to do is to avoid fatty food and the food that you know causes it.
Diet is very important. So is exercise. try both. I think you have to avoid milk and milk products, eggs (these cause gas).
Then walk around after a meal.
Drink lots of water. It clears the system.
Eat food with roughage/ fibre.
Papya is a very good gigestive, Specially raw. Take a slice of it and cook it after skinning. It is bland. I use it in soups. Add tomatoes to it for soup. Tastes good.
I do not know what country you are from and what is available. So am restricted.
There is a very good Homeopathy Medicine for this . Name: Carbo Veg 200. If you can get it, take the dosage prescribed on it, on an empty stomach, that too half hour before meals.
x3 times a day to start with and SOS later on.
