Contacts or goggles?
Also, how long should a person across the world wait between visit to the optometrist? I haven't been since nov. 2004.
Answer:
I'm pretty sure if you go and get contacts, you'll want some glasses for when you're not wearing them.
I see my optometrist for an exam every twelve months and my prescription usually changes somewhat bit, so it's nice to have contacts that are the proper strength for my eyes.
If you catch contacts you will still need goggles. You have to tender your eyes a rest every now and consequently. I prefer contacts but after wearing them for 30 years I am about to own surgery to get rid of them and the goggles.
You should go to the optometrist a minimum of every 2 years.
I've tried contacts, and don't approaching them, so I'm sticking to glasses. But, even if you buy contacts, you'll involve to get eyeglasses. You can't wear contacts 24/7. There will be times where wearing specs will be your only risk.
