If you have not had a Tetanus shot in the past 5 years, go to the ER immediately!
FYI: Rust is not the source of Tetanus, it is bacteria usually present in the soil, especially where animals are present.

What do you mean by "tetanus needle"? You can get tetanus from something rusty, and infections as well. Most people don't keep up their immunizations(need about every ten years), so go see your MD, get it looked at and get a current tetanus immunization.
