Sleeping problems hallucination??
Answer:
Here's a mouthful "Hypnagogic Hallucinations". It is experienced as your body and brain transition between sleep in not quite the right order - we naturally suppress movement during our dreams so we will not fall out of bed (out of the tree/cave). If the order is off some times, you have wild dream imagination going on in your head, but your brain has already shut off movement, so these terrors center on being paralyzed, held down, or gagged.
