What happened?

I was just told I am underweight, but i dont feel it && dont see myself like it.
I was just dancing to this song I did about 10 times and the song is 4:50 min
I was working really hard and i started to sweat alot (the song is really fast) and i started to feel really dizzy and my back started to hurt really bad and i felt like everything stopped working in my body for a moment and i fellt as if i was going to barf and i did my ears started throbbing and my feet go numb.
Everything i just told you except the everything in my body stiopping i still feel what happenend?

if you're underweight and you're exercising hard like that for 40 minutes, you'll feel like that. Why? Because when you exercise, your body uses the food you eat as energy. If you've got an empty stomach, your body will take from fat reserves in the body. In an anorexic, there isn't any fat so the body has no choice but to start eating away at the muscle for energy. If you're underweight, chances are, you don't have any fat. That means when you work hard like that, you'll pass out from lack of energy. Very possible that you had an episode of very low blood pressure, but that is a guess only. The sweating, dizziness, numbness, are all very, very serious signs.
You really need to get to a doctor and have them check this out before it happens again. Good luck.
you need to rest and eat. It sounds like your body is really tired. You've overworked yourself. Sit down relax and eat something like some soup. next time dont work so hard without a break even if its just a sit down for two minuites
I think u feel llike that because you are tired.
i think that you had not eaten much from morning so you have been feeling dizzy...As u said that your back hurt , it is becoz you not to flexible first do some exersice on your body for a few days so that ur muscles are flexible and then try dancing...
Hunny.. you said that you are not extremely underweight but 15-20 pounds is underweight. Being underweight is worse than being overweight. It makes your heart work harder and stresses the cells and organisms in your body. You should consult a physicians and begin a proper nutrition plan.
You have to take this seriously, you might have a low blood pressure, and you might be dehydrated. Make sure that you eat healthy things and that you get plenty of fluids. Also make sure that you don't over work yourself.
