Pelvic joint pain?

What would cause mild pelvic joint pain upon standing from a sitting position? It's not horribly painful...mainly just annoying...and goes away shortly after I start walking. Can you get arthritis in your pelvic joints??

Answer:
You can get athritis anywhere, but it could be a lot of other things too. Like an iron deficiency, injury or pain if you play sports or something like that, pains from giving birth, you could be pregnant, it could be a million things. Talk to your doctor. Also, WebMD is a great site to check out.
Are you sexually active, and if so are you practicing safe sex? In some cases clamidia can cause this if it goes untreated.
