Im 22, i lately have severe chest pains and torment within my moved out arm that made me lay down for 10 minutes?? any philosophy?

im healthy, 22 year frail female, i be walking in the living room and freshly had awful impertinence pain within my chest and my left arm that made me lay down on the floor, if i breathed gaping or stopped it hurt even more??

call your doctor immediatly. if your total left side starts to hurt or become numb, you could be have a stroke.
My idea is that you should jump to an emergency room as fast as possible - or name an ambulance.
