Temperature?
especially first thing in the morning. I wonder why?
Answer:
it will always be lower first thing in the mornings. I suggest you go to your doctor and have your thyroid checked as I had the same symptoms as you when I had a thyroid problem.
I have to admit that my temp is always very low (35 - 35.8 max) - it does mean I find weather that other people find comfortable to be MUCH too hot for me! Still - it means I can handle the winter better :-)
Where do you take your temperature? because it is your core temp that should be 36.5 - 37.5 ish so unless you take your core temp (this can only be done with an internal temp probe that ideally sits behind your heart) your extremities will always be colder than you are.
