I had a great deal of problems with that when I be young, too...and my parents be making me take big large vitamins. Here's what I do to this day.I embezzle a medium size drink of something and don't swallow it. Then, I tilt my team leader back so it go back toward my throat. I unambiguous my mouth, drop the pill in, and swallow it adjectives like commonplace. It works 90 percent of the time. The other 10 percent of the time, I just own to try it again. Good luck!
Put it in your mouth, and hold a big gulp of water and swallow it.
Have your parents put it surrounded by jello or pudding. Or crush it up and put it apple sauce.
Put the pill on your tongue and take a big gulp of sea. It should go down minus you even noticing!

lol just dont suppose about it, i used to hold the same problem when i be younger, put it on ur tonuge, then drink a mouthful of sea, (almost as if u were gargle, like when rinsing mouth after brushing teeth) consequently just swallow the marine, and the pill should go down near it :)

take another sip but don't swallow
put the pill contained by your mouth
then swallow
It'll relieve if you use juice instead of sea because it's thicker. Try cutting the pill contained by half if it's too big. If you want help ask a parent or something!
You shouldn't hold to cure yourself. Go see your doctor for medication that you can actually clutch.
